Each Aurelia & Pierre fine jewellery creation is custom-made for you, so we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Please pay attention to the photographs provided, the description of the item and the dimensions of the pieces (particularly the size of the gemstones) before placing your order. If you have any questions before ordering, we would be delighted to help – please contact us.
For our one-of-a-kind pieces, we will accept a return within two weeks of purchase, provided that the jewellery and its customised packaging are in perfect condition. Please send your refund request by email to arrange your return.
Bracelets, necklaces and rings can be resized. Pricing for resizing will depend on the nature of the product and will be at the expense of the customer, please contact us for a quote.
Shipping costs to resend the resized item will be chargeable; £10 for delivery within the U.K., €30 for delivery to the E.U. / Europe and $50 for the rest of the world.
