Shipping is free worldwide. Your jewellery will be delivered by a trackable courier service and will be insured. It will be beautifully packaged in our Aurelia & Pierre packaging, then placed in a discreet box. A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders.
We are not liable for a missing package if the tracking information states that the item has been delivered. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival. If your package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for paying for redelivery.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
When your Aurelia & Pierre fine jewellery is ready to ship, we will contact you to confirm a convenient dispatch / delivery time. Please note that once your package leaves our hands, we are unable to modify the delivery time. You will be notified by email as soon as your item has been dispatched.
Once an item is dispatched, it should arrive the next working day within the U.K., and within five business days for international shipments. We also offer a same-day delivery courier service for London-based clients.
Taxes and Duties
For orders outside of the U.K., import and customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT) and other fees that may be imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. The order recipient (buyer) is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. We are not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are restricting collection options to bespoke fine jewellery services only. We can contact you to arrange a convenient collection time from a central London location, subject to local COVID-19 rules.
