When your jewellery is ready to ship, we will contact you to confirm a convenient dispatch and delivery time. Please note that once your package leaves our hands we are unable to modify the delivery time. You will be notified by email as soon as your item has been dispatched.
Your Aurelia & Pierre delivery will arrive to you in a discreet outer box, but inside, each piece is beautifully packaged in one of our luxurious jewellery boxes.
So, whether a personal treat or a heartfelt gift, unboxing an Aurelia & Pierre piece is always a special experience.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free worldwide. Your jewellery will be delivered by an insured and traceable courier service, and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Once an item is dispatched, it should arrive the next working day within the U.K., and within five business days for international shipments. We also offer a same-day delivery courier service for London-based clients.
We are not liable for a missing package if the tracking information states that the item has been delivered, or for any delay in delivery if the carrier cannot procure a signature upon arrival. If your package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for paying for redelivery.
Taxes and Duties
Orders placed from outside of the U.K. may be liable for import and customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT) and other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
All additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer – please check prior to purchase to avoid surprise charges.
The order recipient (buyer) is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country. We are not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues.
